Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StreamCoreVPN (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility and account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
- If you believe your account is compromised, contact support immediately.
2) VPN service, dedicated server, and dedicated connection
When you purchase a VPN plan, we provision a dedicated VPN server (your “Connection Host”) for your subscription. Your VPN profile(s) are generated for that dedicated server endpoint.
- Dedicated VPN server: your subscription is assigned a specific VPN server endpoint (hostname/IP).
- Dedicated connection / bandwidth: your plan includes dedicated network connection capacity on your allocated server.
- Additional VPN users: if you create extra profiles (e.g., family/friends), each profile has its own certificate and configuration file, and connects to your dedicated server.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, malware distribution, hacking, or unauthorized access.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Send spam, run abusive automation, or disrupt networks/services.
- Resell, share, or provide access to the Services in a way that materially degrades service or violates your plan limits.
4) Profiles, certificates, and regeneration
- VPN profiles contain credentials/certificates. Keep them secure and do not publish them.
- Regenerating a profile may invalidate the old profile. After regeneration, download and use the newest
.ovpnfile from your portal. - If a server rebuild is performed (e.g., during troubleshooting), older profiles may stop working and must be re-downloaded.
5) Fees, billing, and refunds
Fees (if any) and plan details are displayed during checkout. Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable and services are provided “as is”. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support.
6) Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
7) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, risked harm to others, or used the Services in an abusive or unlawful manner.
You can stop using the Services at any time. Some data (e.g., billing/support records) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
8) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.
